Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2026

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the MTS Conference platform and related services (the "Service"). By registering for, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

The Service provides AI-assisted speech recognition, real-time translation, live captioning, projection, scan-to-listen, and post-event content generation for multilingual conferences and events.

AI-generated recognition and translation results are provided for reference and convenience. They may contain errors and should not be relied upon as a certified or legally authoritative record. For high-stakes content, we recommend human review or professional interpretation.

3. Accounts and security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate registration information and to keep it up to date.

You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for losses arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to upload or transmit unlawful, infringing, or harmful content; to violate the rights of others; to interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service; or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service, including any audio you process, complies with applicable laws and that you have obtained any consents required to record or process participants' speech.

5. Fees and payment

Paid plans are billed according to the plan and audio-hour quotas described at the time of purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable prior notice.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you submit; you grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the Service.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
